TESTIMONIAL

"I won an auction for a laptop for the total of $825 plus additional $24 charge for shipping. I mailed cashiers check for the total of $849 Texas. I also emailed the seller to let her know that payment was on its way. Four days later the seller emailed me and indicated that funds had been received and laptop shipped. Twice I emailed the seller to indicate that I hadn't received product - No reply to email. Then I saw negative feedback from other eBayer's who suspected fraud regarding the seller. Within two days as many as six individuals had posted claims of fraud against the seller for merchandise totaling over $6,500. I contacted the police and filed a complaint. According to investigating officer, the seller has been contacted and said that she works for a company where she is mailed checks, cashes them to her personnel account and then wire transfers the money MINUS a percentage that she keeps for herself to the company's account."
