SOCIAL SECURITY REFUND

I keep getting these calls from different people claiming to be from the Social Security Office. They say I'm eligible for a refund of $500 a month for the next six months. They said the Us Government has reviewed my file and since I've always paid my taxes on time and that I have no criminal record that I'm am eligible. Then they ask for my bank account information so they can get me my first $500 right away. If I tell them no and ask them questions about what this is all about they just tell me the same thing. That they are from the Social Security Office and keep asking for my bank account information. I haven't given them any information and I won't. I'm not sure what the catch is with this scam but I don't like it one bit. I think they've been giving me fake names too because every person that has called has had a very thick foreign accent and they don't speak English very well at all. But they keep giving me common names. They always get real nervous when I ask for their names too. So please if you get a call like this don't give them any information!
