WEBCAMS…

I just started looking for a place to rent. Today I received two different emails from two different people both claiming they had sudden deaths in the family and had to leave the country and go back to their family. Both are offering their well electronic equipped homes free of charge. Both of them run a jewelry business here in the U.S. and need payments made by their clients to be wired to them to their current location. I don't trust either of them since I received their almost identical emails within hours of each other. Does this sound like invasion of privacy with use of webcams? Both emails made it a point of saying "all rooms in the house including the living room" were well equipped with electronic equipment. I would have to guess all the money being made was from internet viewers. They also said the money needed to be sent to me and then I would turn around and wire it to them. They would give me a percentage as payment for accepting the payments in my name.
